  • Cape Coral voters recently approved a $60 million expansion of the City’s parks.
  • Fleet Awards for Cape Coral’s Fleet Management Division – ranked No. 12 by Government Fleet Magazine and No. 15 by the “100 Best Fleets in North America” program.
  • The City took 2nd place at the Digital Cities Awards for technology initiatives and cybersecurity awareness training efforts.

The program also highlighted new commercial projects on the horizon. The following new businesses will be located less than 1 mile from Casa di Fiori:

  • Nissan car dealership on Pine Island Rd.
  • Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott on the corner of Pine Island Rd. and Del Prado Blvd.
  • New retail/restaurant/office plaza on the corner of Pine Island Rd. and Del Prado Blvd.

Other development of note coming to the city includes the building of a new event center, luxury vehicle parking condo spaces, commercial villages and campuses and some trendy new restaurants.

Plus, in 2020 Cape Coral will celebrate its 50th anniversary so we expect to hear more about special events and programs in the coming months.

New home buyers may move right in to a new condo at Casa di Fiori without adding any upgrades since the home already includes all appliances, has finished floors, basic lighting and painted walls. However, there is an opportunity for the buyer to enhance and personalize the new home with these great upgrades:

  1. Because our homes are move-in ready, we have already painted the walls with Sherwin Williams Dover white, however, the buyer may upgrade with custom color on the walls if they wish.
  2. Another convenient upgrade many home buyers select is our blinds package. With this option, vertical blinds are added to the lanai doors and horizontal blinds are installed in the guest bedrooms/den.
  3. All new homes have 18”-20” tile laid on the diagonal in the common areas and bathrooms, and the third bedroom or den has hardwood floors, however, home buyers may opt to upgrade the level of carpet in the bedrooms or change to hard surface finishes selecting either matching tile or hardwood. In addition, homeowners may choose to add tile to the lanai.
  4. Another way to enhance the lanai space in our Bougainvillea and Alpinia floor plans is to add an outdoor wet bar.
